Competent Crew, Supervised Coxswains, Pulling Charge, Pulling Instructor Pulling is a form of Rowing conducted in a small vessel called an Admiralty Sea Cadet (A.S.C.) There are four Pullers (rowers) and a Coxswain. Cadets are taught using the Pulling Log Book Scheme.
